Select contractors who have performed at the highest level on a variety of different projects will be receiving rewards for a Job Well Done. The specific reward may vary, depending on the nature of the work the contractor normally performs, their perceived benefit to the project, length of service, and supervisor recommendations, as well as numerous other factors.
 
Recipients should know that these rewards are for personal use, and need not be used in any aspect of their professional work. Rewards are non-taxable--and once provided to a contractor, are considered to be the "free and clear" personal property of said contractor.
